We knew Joe when we lived in Sequim.
Very good technical fly fisherman and all around great guy.
He informed us about the Lochsa River in Idaho, and we stopped there IA few years later and found an amazing fishery.
My wife caught a 16″ Cuthtroat before I could get my line in the water! Beast day of our fishing lives.
